In case a piece arrives defective, please take photos of the packaging and the piece itself. Then share the photos by email on info@tajrid.ae. We exchange only but we dont do returns or refunds.

Please arrange for sending back to us and we will exchange the piece for you. We respond within 24-48 hours.
