Our Story

Tajrid was born in 2020 by designer Sara Alharbali, from her simple yet profound belief: the spaces we inhabit should reflect who we are — not only in appearance, but in faith, identity, and spirit.
Our mission goes beyond offering art pieces or decorative objects. We exist to create spaces that carry soul, identity, and tranquility.. spaces that gently remind us, in our daily lives, of our spiritual and cultural belonging.
As a contemporary art and design studio, Tajrid redefines Islamic art and décor through a modern, refined lens. We bring together contemporary aesthetics, Islamic identity, and exceptional craftsmanship to shape a new kind of design experience — one that is felt in the heart before it is seen by the eye.
We believe that true beauty is not superficial. It is meaningful, grounding, and deeply connected to something greater. Through every piece we create, we aim to revive this understanding — transforming modern spaces into environments that inspire serenity and a sense of spiritual connection with the Creator.
Tajrid is an invitation to return to a deeper kind of beauty…
A beauty that restores presence, nurtures the soul, and reconnects us to the source of peace and inspiration, Allah SWT.
Sara Alharbali is the first artist who introduced using the spectrogram concept as an expression of spiritual art for the recitation of the Quraan, for which she won the Grand Award for Emerging Artists Prize at World Art Dubai 2021, and was granted the UAE golden visa by the Ministry of Culture. She participated in various art and design exhibitions like Dubai Design Week.
